Redseason.com is not a Wyndham company. We
are a separate company who share one particular interest with them, and
that is serving WorldMark owners. Wyndham and WorldMark do not own or
hold stock in redseason.com "Wyndham" and "WorldMark"
are registered servicemarks, and are used by permission along with all

Our Mission
Redseason.com provides a marketplace for the exchange of WorldMark memberships.
Our mission is to the individual WorldMark owners. Some WorldMark owners
need to divest themselves of their timeshare membership as a result of
lifestyle changes, lack of use and various other circumstances. Some of
these same owners have asked Wyndham to buy back their membership when
they found themselves in this situation. Since Wyndham is a publicly
held company, the SEC has jurisdiction, and in their regulations prohibit
Wyndham from reacquiring memberships in this way. At redseason.com,
we are here to help all Worldmark owners. Should any Worldmark owner need
to sell their membership, we will purchase it promptly with all cash.
